Your Grief Therapist is Out Of Office for the remainder of the year! Even though my email autoreply is set, I can’t help but reflect on all the incredible clients I worked with in 2025. So many hours of space held for you and your loved ones; I I’m certainly not the first person to name that the holidays can be notoriously *grieve-y*. There’s so much pressure around joy and family, and unfortunately that isn’t the reality for everyone for a variety of reasons. For many of Had such a lovely visit today at the beautiful, new @ourhousegrief in NYC! Originally from LA, this volunteer-led support center offers instrumental grief groups for grievers of many ages and relationships. I look forward to continuing my partnership My heart is broken for everyone at @brownu, and students everywhere. You deserve better than tragedy. ❤️‍🩹

I listened to a podcast intervie Recently I’ve been wearing my maternal grandmother’s wedding band. The photo may be hard to see, but the inside engravement has my grandparents’ initials and wedding date in 1945.
